Scholarship Fund Application

The 2017 Coginchaug Regional High School Scholarship Fund application is now available. All applications must be returned to the CRHS Guidance office by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017. 
 
 
 
  1. The CRHS Scholarship Fund application must be completed in Microsoft Word. It cannot be edited in Google Docs. If you do not have home access to Microsoft Word, the computers in the LMC and the school computer labs have it installed. Please contact Mr. Kurtz to arrange a time to work in the LMC or one of the labs if you do not have a study hall or unassigned block in the regular schedule.

  2. Download the application by clicking the link on the school website or by right-clicking the file in Google Drive and choosing ‘Download’.

  3. Open the application in Microsoft Word. Most questions have a form field into which you can type your answer. Some questions have check boxes and others have drop-down menus from which to choose options. Tables that ask for financial information will automatically calculate and carry their values to other places in the application.

  4. Unlike Google Docs, Microsoft will not auto-save every few seconds. Save early and often to avoid losing work!


  1. When you are finished, print your application and bring it to the Guidance office. The cover sheet will be date-stamped and returned to you as your receipt. Please keep a copy of the application for your own records.

  2. The deadline for turning in completed applications is 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, March 24, 2017.
