REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 13 - Coaching Corner
Coaches should use this site associated with their CHSCA Membership. Their membership includes various aspects of coaching and All State information. This is not an RSD13 website.
Coaches should use this as a resource to locate additional continuing education unit (CEU) courses supplemental to what the district provides. This site also can be used to find out information regarding CSDE COaching Permit applications and what CEU couses one has already taken in their permit sequence.

RSD#13 Emergency Action Plan for Athletics (updated 9/2023)
Coaches should use this as a resource to complete following an athletic injury to a student athlete when at another site or when our Athletic Trainer is not available to assess the incident at that time. The form should be completed before the conclusion of the following date of the incident, or the Monday following a weekend. Please make sure to follow up with our Athletic Trainer following submission of this form to the Athletic department.
Regional School District 13 - Fundrasing and Donation Policies:
Please find the Benchwarmer Booster Club Request form. All requests should be completed and recieved in the Athletic Department by the 1st of the month. This form MUST be completed and signed by the High School Coach requesting the item before being submitted to the Athletic Director. Once signed and approved by the Athletic Director, it will be submitted to the Benchwarmer New Project Committee for review. BEFORE completing - your must MAKE A COPY in your Google Drive.
Please find the district Donation Request form. All requests should be completed and recieved in the Athletic Department prior to ordering or recieving any donated item / gift from an out side group. This includes all booster and parent groups. This form MUST be completed and signed by the High School Coach requesting the item to be donated / recieved before being submitted to the Principal / Superintendent / Designee. Once signed and approved by the appropriate person, you will be notified of the approval. BEFORE completing - your must MAKE A COPY in your Google Drive.
